Woolwich offering 2.99% five-year fix for mortgages between £500,000 and £2million
Woolwich for Intermediaries has launched a leading five-year fixed rate for mortgages between £500,000 and £2 million. It undercuts nearly all of the other five-year fixes in the market.
Trinity has access to the 2.99% five-year fix and it has a 4.1% APR. It has a £1,999 arrangment fee and in order to qualify, borrowers will need a 35% deposit.
Aaron Strutt, product manager at Trinity Financial, says: "Woolwich tends to offer competitive rates for larger mortgage loans and they have some of the best in the market.
"The lender also provides a free property valuation and legals service for borrowers looking to switch banks, keeping remortgage costs to a minimum."
At the end of the tracker period, the mortgage reverts to 3.39% over the Bank of England base rate, currently 3.89%.
