Private banks offering mortgages to wealthy sportspeople and entertainers
If you are a wealthy footballer, musician or artist, who is looking for a mortgage, some private banks are offering impressively low rates.
Aaron Strutt, product director at Trinity Financial, told The Times: “It is possible to get a mortgage with a private bank if you have a small deposit. The rates are potentially very cheap, although you may have to make overpayments in larger chunks to get the debt down.
