Clydesdale Bank offering £1 million plus offset mortgages
Clydesdale Bank is offering a £1 million plus offset mortgage for borrowers with a 40% deposit.
The lender's two-year discounted offset mortgage is 2.69% and it is available for mortgages between £1 million to £2 million. The APR is 4.6% and the reversion rate is currently 4.95%.
Offset mortgages are useful if you have funds sitting in low-interest savings accounts as they can be transferred into the account attached to the mortgage. They will then reduce the amount of interest you pay.
