Buckingham offering an expat buy-to-let mortgage
Buckingham Building Society is the latest lender to offer expat buy-to-let mortgages, although they have one rate and it is not particularly cheap.
The building society is offering a 5.99% variable rate with a 1.5% arrangement fee. The maximum loan size is £500,000 although the lender is more comfortable providing smaller mortgages.
