Accord Mortgages, part of the Yorkshire Building Society, offering low buy-to-let mortgage rates

Accord Mortgages, the broker lending arm of the Yorkshire Building Society, is offering some of the lowest buy-to-let mortgages up to £500,000.

Their most competitively priced two-year fixed rate is 3.09% and their three-year fix is 3.39%. Both mortgages are available if you have a 30% deposit and they have a £2,495 arrangement fee.

For those with a 25% deposit, Accord has a two-year fix at 3.39% and a three-year fix at 3.49%. These mortgages have £1,995 arrangement fees and cash back of up to £500 is paid on completion.

Aaron Strutt, product manager at Trinity Financial, says: “Yorkshire Building Society doesn't offer buy-to-let mortgages directly, although they are available through Trinity Financial as we have access to their broker lending  arm Accord Mortgages.”
