£2 million mortgage with no arrangement fee

Trinity Financial has access to a lender offering mortgages up to £2 million and they do not charge an arrangement fee for mortgages over £1 million. They also don't ask clients to transfer assets to the bank as part of the deal.

As the mortgage market continues to improve and rates get even lower, more banks and building societies are trying to attract high-net worth borrowers.

Our lender will not ask for assets to be transferred or even charge an arrangement fee.
