Trinity's self-employed mortgage client pictured in The Times
Trinity Financial recently arranged a mortgage for Deral Grant and he agreed to speak to The Times about the process of securing a self-employed mortgage.
Mr Grant, 47, runs a removals business in Croydon and Trinity recently secured a mortgage for him through specialist lender Kensington Mortgages. He is self-employed and took a two-year fixed rate to buy his two bedroom property in South Croydon.
