Trinity Financial's clients were pictured in The Sunday Times accompanying a story about difficult properties to secure mortgages against.

Trinity's broker Dean Esnard arranged a mortgage for Meri Mance and James Sinclair-Smith against a property above a famous curry house in Kennington. They struggled to find a lender to help them remortgage and release equity from the property.   

The article explained how difficult it can be to secure mortgages for flats above commercial spaces, studio flats and high-rise flats. It also says Airbnb, properties with short leases and unusual construction properties often cause problems.
