Aaron Strutt, of Trinity Financial, told The Times: “Demand for the second phase of the Help to Buy Scheme is really growing and many potential borrowers are holding off buying a property until early next year. “Borrowers are really looking forward to getting access to the Government’s cheap money so that they can buy a bigger property.” Nevertheless, he believes there is no immediate risk of a price bubble. He says: “For a housing bubble outside of London to really kick off the lenders have to start lending recklessly again, and this is unlikely to happen any time soon.” Click here to view the full story: http://goo.gl/nrHkrg £ September 28, 2013
