The Times - The tiny homes that come with a large snag
There were almost 8,000 micro-homes (smaller than 37 sq m or 400 sq ft) were built in 2016 — the highest number on record. This is according to a report by consumer group Which?.
Aaron Strutt of Trinity Financial told The Times: “The ones that are open to lending tend to rely on the valuers’ comments, and if they do not like the property or its location the application is unlikely to go through.”
