Aaron Strutt of Trinity Financial, told The Times: "It shouldn’t be a problem to secure a buy-to-let mortgage. Most lenders expect clients to have a clear credit score and a £25,000 minimum income. If a property generates £650 rental income each month, most lenders will provide mortgages of more than £110,000."
