Lawyers, accountants and doctors who have small deposits but are hoping for big mortgages are in luck. Banks and building societies are offering to lend to people in these professions with up to six mortgages with they have a 10 per cent deposit.
Aaron Strutt of Trinity Financial told The Times: “People in these professions are viewed as less risky.”
