The Times - Hope for buy-to-let investors on loan front
Buy-to-let lenders are offering a greater range of products, including limited company and income top-up mortgages, The Times reports.
Aaron Strutt, product director at Trinity Financial, told The Times: “The personal income top-up calculations help some landlords when the rental income is short.
“One of our clients had a down valuation which pushed down the calculated rental returns. He managed to get the loan he required by including his salary in the affordability check.”
