The Sunday Times - Lender relaxes rules on bonuses
Professionals who receive bonuses were given a mortgage boost last week with signs of a relaxation in lending criteria.
Investec, the specialist bank, launched deals aimed at qualified professionals " including City workers, directors and lawyers " and said it would take up to 100% of bonus income into account when deciding applications.
