The Sunday Times - Mortgage lenders lift upper age limits
Sunday Times Money section reveals that the Dudley building society has scrapped its age limits in a move it says is in line with the needs of our ageing population.
Aaron Strutt of the mortgage broker Trinity Financial said of Dudley’s announcement: “It is highly unusual for a lender to completely remove its maximum age limit across its entire mortgage range. This is a very positive move and hopefully more lenders will follow.”
