The i - Mortgages below 4% could be available by early 2024
Mortgages rates could fall to below 4 per cent by the start of next year in a boost to millions of families facing a cost-of-living squeeze, i can reveal.
Aaron Strutt of brokers Trinity Financial told i: “Although it is not possible to get below four per cent for new mortgages quite yet, we may well see them early next year.”
