Mortgage firms are rushing to woo buy-to-let investors by slashing the deposits required. A host of lenders are offering mortgages to landlords able to put down a 20% deposit.
Aaron Strutt, of broker at Trinity Financial, told The Daily Mail: "This is a clear sign lenders are becoming more confident about market conditions."
